    SCIA and Jus Mundi Sign a Cooperative MOU

    The ICCA 2024 Hong Kong Shenzhen Side Events were co-hosted by the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), the South China International Arbitration Center (Hong Kong) (SCIAHK), the Department of Justice of Hong Kong SAR Government and the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (HKIAC) on May 9 2024.

    Dr. Liu Xiaochun, President of the SCIA and Mr. Jean-Remi de Maistre, CEO of the Jus Mundi, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to deepen collaboration and research in international commercial arbitration. Jus Mundi is a comprehensive legal research platform that provides access to a vast database of international law materials.

    The signing ceremony was witnessed by Prof. Shen Sibao, Chairman of the SCIA Council, Anthony Neoh, QC, SC, JP, Vice Chairman of the SCIA Council, Prof. Peter Malanczuk, Council Member of the SCIA, Yang Xiangbin, Director of the Bureau of Public Legal Services Administration of the Ministry of Justice of the PRC, along with over 250 guests from 36 jurisdictions worldwide.
