Welcome to Register | SCIA+SCIAHK Dual Qualification Advanced Practical Training Program in International Commercial Arbitration

The Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) and the South China International Arbitration Center (HK) (SCIAHK) will jointly organize a three-day English training program — SCIA+SCIAHK Dual Qualification Advanced Practical Training Program in International Commercial Arbitration from 3 to 5 July 2024. The program will focus on the main aspects of international commercial arbitration proceedings such as opening statements, cross-examinations and closing statements, and invites experts to give lectures and provide useful guidance for the talents engaged in international commercial arbitration through a rich program of theoretical seminars, case studies, group discussions, practical simulations and lunch meetings.

This training program also serves as the third session of the SCIA International Arbitration Training Program for Elite Lawyers in the Greater Bay Area (SCIA IATP), as well as one of the series of the South China Business & Law Forum. Trainees who have completed the program will be awarded the SCIA&SCIAHK Dual Certificate of Completion issued by the two institutions. 12 outstanding trainees will be selected, and will have the opportunity to be deeply engaged in various professional seminars organized by the SCIA and the SCIAHK, as well as to participate in the practice of arbitration, mediation and negotiation facilitation under the pattern of two cities & two arbitration institutions.
